Yesterday, on 24th May 2022, the excitedly awaited Abdali Views Tower was inaugurated by Jordan's Prime Minister, Bisher Khasawneh, with the attendance of CEO, Fahed Abujaber, representing CCG.
The investment project, by SinoGulf Real Estate Investments
LLC, was designed and supervised by CCG and is one of the largest residential
towers in the Abdali area. The project is partially funded by Jordan Kuwait
Bank and has achieved an investment of $100 million, including $50 million of
foreign direct investment from Gulf countries including the UAE and Oman.

II, the Prime Minister toured the project’s facilities with the developer’s
Chairman, Hussain Saleh bin Faris Al-Awlaki, who explained the project’s
defining highlights including its prime location over Abdali Boulevard,
adjacent to some of Amman’s historic landmarks, and the key feature that earned
Abdali Views Tower its name - the striking views of the hills of Amman visible
from its high quality apartments.
The 30-floor 249-unit residential tower was designed with
the vision to create an architectural icon to complete the urban scene that
would enrich and animate the city’s character. With a visual presence from many
viewpoints, it stands like a sculpture; respectful, elegant, playful, and a
distinct addition to Amman’s skyline.
In addition to providing 35,000 square meters of luxury
residential apartments and retail shops, the project has contributed to
supporting the Jordanian economy through the difficult periods of the Covid-19
pandemic, through creating 800 jobs during its construction and providing
contracts with local companies.
