Project Description

A project to transform a former cement factory that was a serious environmental and health concern, into an environmentally friendly urban hub.

The new development establishes a united community character, creates meaningful places, engages the environment, and promotes sustainability with renewable energy generation, sustainable strategies, and smart systems. It aims to be catalyst for regeneration and economic development in Fuheis, and makes the most of its unique setting.

The development brings jobs, educational and entertainment facilities, and green spaces for residents for a higher quality of life.
