A 5-story hotel with 212 rooms, a gym, all-day dining venue, and rooftop pool and lounge in a vibrant community of innovators in Dubai.

The plan maximizes exposure of the rooms to desirable views, with service cores placed in corners to efficiently use unlit spaces. A ground level open space attracts pedestrians where commercial and public functions are placed to encourage connectivity.

Its strategic peripheral plot enhances accessibility, visual presence, and views of the sea and surrounding landmarks, and its creative design embodies the brand’s distinct, energetic personality.
