Project Description
A futuristic museum building, designed as a tent to represent Arab hospitality and generosity. The tent was intended to provide shelter for the new building, however the purpose was to go back in history to present the roots of the club, so it made sense for museum's journey to begin from underground.
Therefore, all activities happening below needed to be covered in a new, modern cover, so the shape of the desert was brought to the surface. This relates to the tent structure and represents the origins of traditional settlements in the UAE.
The museum's steel structure resembles a diamond for a powerful and heroic look, reflecting the sports club's values.
