Project Description

A housing project intended to deliver up to 500,000 affordable homes across 11 locations to help solve the housing shortage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

CCG developed 3 master plan alternatives with consideration of how to assure security, social cohesion, maintain local culture and traditions, and ensure economic, social and environmental sustainability.

Its climate sensitive design and self-efficient land use areas maximize energy efficiency and the infrastructure design allows for the community's future growth.
