Project Description

The new headquarters of Quds Bank in Ramallah, Palestine, is in a strategic location that enables the visibility and progression of the architectural landmark.

The high-rise also features 5 basement floors for parking and technical spaces and a floor that holds a multipurpose events space. The different elements of the design were distributed according to hierarchies in privacy and departmental relationships.

Public and customer-interactive spaces are situated along the base to extend the multi-leveled plaza and improve accessibility from multiple entrances.
