Project Description

This project required providing the design for the residential zone within a master plan divided into residential and commercial.

The project comprises 3 villa prototypes; each with 2

design alternatives for the façade. It also includes infrastructure networks, and road networks to account for pedestrian and vehicle access, the internal circulation network, and parking.

The final project is a gated community with a tranquil

ambience and cutting-edge amenities in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Riyadh.
