Project Description

Part of a national project to integrate consideration for biodiversity into Jordan's tourism sector. CCG's focus was on land use planning for Dibbeen Forest Reserve.

The forest was losing biodiversity as a result of urbanization and unsustainable tourism, so CCG developed a conservation vision and strategy for the area, including a regulatory framework, policies, regulations, and monitoring plans.

The plan protects the unique landscape and eco-systems, promotes sustainable eco-tourism, and ensures sustainability and development of the nationwide project.
