Project Description

This high-end tower by Reem Developers at Najmat in Abu Dhabi provides convenient retail services for residents and offices in its podium levels. BEAD designed 2 plots within the development, with the aim to achieve a parallel design for the residential and hotel apartment buildings that allow them to complement one another.

The residences are designed with firefighting systems included and are targeted to the upper end of the market, in line with Reem Island's growing reputation as a luxury lifestyle destination.

CCG's role was to prepare complete MEP design drawings and specifications as well as the Estidama MEP submission package and Architect of Record services.
