Project Description

A multi-story car parking project for the UAE's Roads and Transport Authority, to reduce the need for street parking.

The 6-story building has capacity for 805 cars and features 2 bridges connecting the project with the RTA's existing headquarters. Some of the areas within the building will be dedicated to commercial use.

The project's design conforms to Green Economy requirements and is also designed to allows for a future 4-story expansion to provide the necessary offices for an increased number of employees.
