Project Description

The Dubai South Community Development is a townhouse community, intended as an investment project to develop the area.

The plot is split into 2 areas, for villas and for commercial use.

CCG provided infrastructure and utilities works for the project including MEP, water, sewage, irrigation, stormwater drainage, firefighting, LPG, street lighting and landscaping.
