Project Description

Al Falah Town Center forms one part of its larger community, and will provide residents and adjacent communities with an attractive, functional civic and retail hub.

The majority of the site will comprise of low density residential buildings, and this project includes the design and construction of the Town Center’s 996 villas.

The project will provide residences for local Emirati families in 3 styles; Andalusian, Gulf Heritage, and modern, from 800 to 1200m².
