Project Description

A distinctive tower in the thriving multi-use Al-Ersal Urban Development complex. Its composition features a unified podium with a raised tower on top, one of the key architectural features throughout the development.

The solid podium contains commercial and public spaces, and is elevated to complement the surrounding low-rise residences. In contrast, the more contemporary tower hosts offices and acquires a lighter grace as it elevates.

Glass curtains and stone louvers allow different visual and light experiences to suit the surrounding spaces. Its distinct architectural identity makes it a unique landmark.
